Haven Craft Fundraiser – Noon to 6 pm @ Paradise Park in Las Vegas
This annual fundraiser is an Interfaith and Pagan Harvest and All Hallows Event, where we have local covens, circles, groves, temples, mosques, churches, community centers, representatives of different cultures, etc set up an activity table for children, at which the children learn about the group and their traditions, faith, culture, etc. The children then trick or treat from table to table, getting candy and handicrafts to take home with them.
We also hire local entertainers, everything from face painters to balloon artists to dancers and a band. We put out a big potluck table and Haven Craft cooks burgers and veggie burgers. This is our biggest event of the year.
We don’t charge attendance, but we do request a donation from those who can afford it.
All proceeds benefit the Western Shoshone and the Sekhmet Temple. The Sekhmet Temple is located in Southern Nevada and rents its space from the Western Shoshone, which benefits both a Pagan non-profit Temple and a First Nation.
If you would like to be involved in putting on this event or like to put out a table, please contact haven Craft at (702) 476-6111 or at [email protected].
Ho’oponopono & The Ancestors with Joseph Falcone – 3 pm
Ho’o pono pono is an Indigenous journey of ancestral connections followed by a guided meditation of forgiveness. Joseph will be offering 2 journeys. Our First Journey will be to connect with our ancestors, both of bloodline as well as of soul/spirit. The 2nd journey will be a guided meditation of forgiveness called Ho’o pono pono which is the part of the indigenous Huna practices from the original Hawaiian peoples. This journey helps all learn how to release negative emotions, limiting decisions and internal conflicts as it relates to past and current relationships of all kinds and restore harmony throughout your relationships. Applying Ho’oponopono to the chaos of the mind can bring about stillness and calm. Contact Joseph for details and to let him know you plan to attend.

An experiential planetary playshop from 7 to 10 pm
405 Norwood Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89107-2435
Come dressed to act out your favorite planetary archetype while circling the Sun. Let’s explore through group ritual the Cosmos, or at least our own Solar System, and delve deeper into the Planetary Model of the Fire Circle Ritual while practicing the sacred art of circumambulation. Step into the Planetary-I-Am , dearly beloved, where we revolve to evolve and all orbits are welcome!
This is an outdoor participatory Fire Circle Ritual facilitated by Jonathan Avalon, Fire Circle Priest and Ritual Fire Tender. The container for this ritual is set in the Cosmos. The Fire Circle Shrine is the platform that represents our solar system. The Fire, for us, represents the Sun. We, take on the planetary archetypes from Mercury on out, circling the Sun as we journey through space and time weaving the web of our sacred play and walking in the rhythms of our collective hearts.
Participants are asked to show up on time for the full participatory experience. There will be an introduction to our ritual process that you won’t want to miss. There are several lead roles available for greater community involvement, if interested please email Jonathan.
This is an “Open Gate Event” – although we are asking for the standard $20 house donation, no one will be refused entry into the circle due to lack of funds. RSVP on the Facebook event.
